Workshop Manager has a powerful Job Management and Scheduling Engine, with a straightforward interface for collecting customer information, job requirements and quoting.
When a Job is booked, any required parts are recorded against the job, and these can be ordered instantly from the supplier, or recorded for ordering at a later time. We can even test against current stock levels and order only if required.
When a Job is completed by Workshop staff, a txt message and/or email is automatically sent to the customer. We can also send reminders for jobs that are overdue for pickup, or if more information is required to complete a job.
Workshop Manager offers full reporting on time spent by staff, cost of repair items, profitability of jobs and a number of other factors.
Workshop Manager runs on anything equipped with a web browser, allowing you to use existing in store devices or choose the perfect hardware to meet your stores specific needs.
